Monday, December 3 | Watch

“Waking up the body”
Take up a posture that is comfortable and relaxed – seated or lying down. Close your eyes. Observe the movement of your breath. Observe the sensation in your body. Be aware of the touch of your clothes on your shoulders….the touch of your clothes on your back… your right hand…left hand…your thighs….feet….your sitting posture. Continue to go the round, moving from one part of your body to the other, keep moving… notice where you find tightness, where you find space…receive each part. Take a few minutes, then open your eyes gently and end the exercise.
